Lifan Group of Industries Company Limited is a state-owned Chinese automobile and motorcycle manufacturer. It was headquartered in Chongqing, China. In 1992, Mr. Yin Mingshan founded Lifan. Originally, Mr. Yin Mingshan was a former protesting politician in China.
